Training & Development

In order for our employees to reach their full potential; we formulate a personal development plan for each employee to identify and meet their training needs. We provide for regular internal training through in house training sessions and external training organised by training institutes or consultants. Frequently asked questions regarding staffing.

You may apply online by completing the application form in our Staff Corner and email it to General Enquiry in the contact form. You are most welcome to contact the nurseries directly and speak to our helpful managers.

You are welcome to apply for a position at our nurseries even if you are not qualified as long as you have experience working or looking after young children. You must be committed to gain childcare qualification while employed with us. In order to be counted in Staff: Child ratios, you must have level 2 and above early years qualification.

You do not need a Montessori Qualification to work at our nurseries but must be committed to learn and adapt Montessori Philosophy and Principles through in-house training and attending Montessori Courses.

A full-time position constitutes of 40 hours working per week from Monday to Friday. We are opened all year round with our Ealing Green Branch being closed for 4 weeks and West Ealing Branch being closed for 2 weeks in a year.

We believe in rewarding our in-grown talents via career progression. Our current managers, deputy managers and room leaders are all good example of this. If you are hard-working and ambitious, then you are at the right place. We appoint a mentor, set SMART targets for you via supervisions and appraisals and get you on the right track for progression within the company.
