Staff Breakfast Club
Our first rule of well-being is to eat well! At CMN, you are invited to join the Staff Breakfast Club and begin your day with a complimentary hearty & healthy breakfast. Healthy treats and snacks are also available throughout the day.
Employee of the Month
We recognise when you go above and beyond your duties, are a standout performer, or improve your performance. Every month we announce the accomplishment of one special employee with a gift voucher and a certificate of achievement.
Birthdays Off
Birthdays only come once a year! All CMN employees receive the day off for their birthday, over and above their annual holiday entitlement. Enjoy your special day in style! This will be applicable after one year of service.
Referral Scheme
CMN employees who have successfully completed their first six months are eligible to refer knowledgeable and experienced individuals. The employee will receive £250 for each successful referral with no maximum cap.
Nursery Bonus
At CMN we have created a bonus structure that celebrates our successes and rewards each employee for helping us to get there. We believe these rewards help to motivate our team for even more success in the future!
Childcare Discount
We understand the challenges of being a parent more than most! As an employee of CMN, you will have the opportunity to place your child in one of our nurseries with a discount of up to 20%.
Enhanced Holidays
You receive an extra day of holiday for every 2 years of service up to a maximum of 5 extra days above the annual holiday entitlement.
